For thirty years Petzl's vocation has remained intact: to devise practical solutions to enable man to move vertically with minimal risk, and that both day and night.
We use the expertise of the company who applies in three areas:
- sports related to verticality: equipment for mountaineering ... and outside the marked slopes of the glacier ...
- work at height and rescue ...
- headlamps to light up hands-free.
As part of its ongoing research into more security, comfort, simplicity, Petzl has been instrumental in changing practices, and accompanied the team of La Grave la Meije and its riders.
